Me gusta hacer bodas cuando te sientes ya en familia con la pareja, Vero es prima de un par de hermanas a las que tuve el honor de disparar en sus bodas, tal vez es por esto que de inmediato formamos un ambiente de amistad y confianza, todo fluye y eso nos permite experimentar y hacer tiros un poco mas arriesgados, Agustín es todo un tipazo, una persona formidable y todo un caballero, Vero es un ángel de niña así que, que mas podíamos pedir?

Desde el momento que llegamos a casa de Vero se sentía la emoción por su boda, todos corriendo, planeando, riéndose, en fin la expectativa era grande y no era para menos…en la casa de Agustín un poco mas sobria la cosa, pero igual de emocionados, Agustín recibiendo los últimos consejos de su papa, la bendición por parte de su mama, esos son los momentos que le van dando forma al día de tu boda.

Una ceremonia sencilla, muy agradable y sincera, para después seguir con una sesión «on road» de camino a san miguel, y bueno los eventos Amieva mas el toque Sañedo, son formula segura de lo que una fiesta debe ser, súper buena vibra toda la noche, muchísimas felicidades V+A!!!!

I like doing weddings when you feel like you are part of the family of the couple. Vero is the cousin of a pair of sisters, of whom I had the honor of shooting their weddings. Maybe it is because of this that a familiar and friendly ambiance was created immediately, in which everything went smooth and that permitted us to experiment and shoot photos that were a bit more risky. Agustín is a great guy, a wonderful person and a real gentlemen and Vero is an angel of a girl… what more can we ask for?

From the moment we arrived at Vero´s house we could feel the excitement about her wedding, everybody was running around, planning, laughing… shortly said, the expectations of this day were enormous, and for a good reason. In Agustín´s house the ambience was a little more sober, but nevertheless still full of excitement. Agustín received the last tips from his father and his mom’s blessings… These are the moments that shape your wedding day.

It was a simple ceremony, very nice and sincere, which was followed by a session “on the road” on the way to San Miguel. Shortly said, the weddings of Amieva, and with a touch of Sañedo are a formula for how a party should be: a super good vibe all night long! Congratulations V+A!!

Después de aquella sesión en la condesa la Boda de Pao y Roberto no podía ser para menos, Pao y Roberto habían esperado este día con mucha ilusión y por fin había llegado, el hermoso lago de Tequesquitengo  fue el escenario para una ceremonia que nos hizo reflexionar a todos para seguir con una súper fiesta donde amigos y familia recorrieron todas las opciones musicales, Beatles, batucada, bueno hasta thriller. muchas felicidades P+R!!

After the beautiful session in the ´Condesa´, the expectations of the wedding of Pao and Roberto were high. Pao and Roberto have been waiting for this day with a lot of anticipation, and finally, it had come. The beautiful lake of Tequesquitengo was the scene of the ceremony that made us reflect on us all. The ceremony was followed by an amazing party in which friends and family were enjoying all kinds of music, the Beatles, batucada, a great party! Congratulations, P+R!!

Hace poco hablaba de que uno no escoge los lugares, los lugares lo escogen a uno. San Miguel es un lugar preciso para gente como Mariana y Arturo, a Mariana la adoras en el momento que la conoces, a mi me paso!! a los 15 minutos de conocernos la primera vez, nos pasamos hablando mas de una hora como si fuéramos viejos amigos, tiene el don de brindarte confianza y de alegrarte el día con una sonrisa, que puedo decir de Arturo….no se…. difícilmente creo volver a encontrar a un hombre como el, por que conozco hombres profundamente enamorados de su esposa pero con Arturo no solo es amor, es devoción, es fe hacia Mariana, vaya no se como explicar con palabras ese lazo.

Una ceremonia sumamente emotiva y sincera donde cada lagrima fue de felicidad y de entrega, que fue el inicio de una noche llena de risas, de alegría pero sobre todo de amor. los queremos mucho M+A.

I just talked about how not people choose the place for a wedding, but how the place chooses the people. San Miguel is a perfect place for people like Mariana and Arturo. You have to adore Mariana from the very first moment you meet here, which happened to me! Only fifteen minutes after we met we had a conversation for more than an hour, talking like we were old friends… She has the gift to give you confidence and to brighten your day with a smile. What can I say of Arture… Let´s see… I find it hard to believe that I will ever meet a man like Arturo again: I know men who love their wives deeply, but in Arturo´s case it´s not only love, but devotion and faith in Mariana. It is hard to describe the bond these two people have.

It was a highly emotional and heartfelt ceremony, in which every teardrop was of happiness and commitment, the beginning of a night full of laughter, joy and above all, love. We love you, M+A.

Una de las alegrías de ser fotógrafo de destino es que te da muchas enseñanzas, y cada ves estoy mas convencido que uno no escoge el lugar donde se casa, el lugar lo escoge a uno, Olga y Shaw son una pareja tranquila, muuuuy ordenada pero también muy enamorada, San Miguel tiene esa magia de reforzar los lazos entre las personas, es el lugar perfecto para el amor, la amistad, la reflexión, el reencuentro con los seres queridos.

La boda de O+S estuvo llena de estos momentos, lazos entre padre e hijo, entre hermanos, momentos unicos de un padre con su hija, la alegria de ver a la familia reunida una vez mas, eso, significa una boda y lo resume en una palabra: familia, gracias por permitirnos guardar estos hermosos momentos. felicidades O+S!

One of the joys of being a photographer is the destination, from which many lessons can be learned. I get more and more convinced that a couple does not choose the location in which they get married, but that the location chooses them. Olga and Shawn are a quiet couple, very orderly but also very much in love. San Miguel provides the magic that strengthens the bond between two persons; it is the perfect location for love, friendship, reflection and reunion with loved ones.

The wedding of O+S was full of these moments; the bond between father and son, between brothers, unique moments between a father and his daughter, the happiness of the family being together once again… This is what a wedding is supposed to be and can be summarized in one word: family, thank you for having us capture these beautiful moments. Congratulations, O+S!

Siempre escuchamos que casarse es una decisión difícil de tomar, yo mas bien creo que cuando encuentras a la persona correcta la decisión es muy fácil, no hay mucho que pensar, por que? pues por que sabes dentro de ti que ya no puedes estar lejos de esa persona, has encontrado con quien compartir alegrías y tristezas, triunfos y fracasos. es el caso de Michelle y Eliseo, una pareja muy comprometida  y con ganas de estar juntos toda la vida.

Una boda muy emotiva donde nos paseamos por todo mi hermoso San Miguel de Allende, que siempre nos regala fotos inolvidables,  amor , paz, compromiso, diversión esta es la boda de Mich y Eliseo mil gracias por permitirnos estar en ella, los queremos mucho…

It is said that getting married is a decision difficult to take. However I believe that when you meet the right person, this decision is an easy one as there is not much to think about: why would you? Because deep inside you know that you cannot bear to be separated from this person, you have found somebody with whom to share good and bad moments, successes and failures. This is the case with Michelle and Eliseo, a couple very committed and hoping to be together for the rest of their lives.

An emotional wedding, during which we passed through the beautiful San Miguel de Allende, a place that guarantees beautiful pictures: love, peace, commitance and fun. This was certainly the case for the wedding of Mich and Eliseo. Thanks so much for having us, we appreciate it and we love you all…
